Gaming
Gaming is our core business driver and the department where most of our Casino Managers gained their skills, knowledge and experience. The roles available can include Croupier, Inspector, Pit Boss, Electronic Gaming Host, Gaming Machine Technician, Casino Manager and General Manager.
To become a Trainee Croupier, no prior experience is necessary! We run regular training schools where we teach you all the necessary skills to become a Croupier. All you need is a fantastic personality and a willingness to learn, and in 6 weeks’ time you could deal American Roulette, Blackjack and 3 Card Poker!
Hospitality
A crucial part of the memorable experience we look to provide all of our customers with is hospitality. Here your main aim will be to combine your product knowledge, ability and attitude to ensure customer delight. The roles available within our Hospitality department are Bar Person, Valet Service, Kitchen Team Member, Hospitality Team Leader, Chef, Head Chef, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Resorts World Birmingham
At our £150 million complex in Birmingham we employ over 550 people and aim to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. In the complex there is the Genting Hotel, bars and restaurants, a casino, retail outlets and a spa. We offer a number of roles in the following teams: Hotel, Reception/Administration, Casino, Central Office, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Guest Safety, Guest Services, Retail, Meeting & Events, Vortex and the Spa.

Support Teams
